Authorized - RMA Warranty Deposit (SRSV-GABLE)

SolarRoyal Authorized Warranty Deposit:

This charge covers shipping a replacement gable unit only. You will receive the replacement gable unit, and return the defective unit in the same box.  Once returned and confirmed, we will refund $165.00 to the credit card used, but it must be returned within 30days.  

Once returned and confirmed, we will refund $165.00 to the credit card used but must be returned within 30days.  The $30 difference is the cost of shipping as the shipping costs (both ways) is not covered under warranty. If you have any questions, please ask before processing the warranty and payment.   Once you receive the replacement gable, we allow up to 30days to have it returned. Once we have it back, it can take ten business days to review and verify the warranty claim. Afterwards, we credit your payment via a refund, minus any shipping, which can also take up to 10days.  Please be patient as we do not review returns daily because we do not get them back often.

Once the unit is returned and we determine that it is not covered by warranty, we will notify you and deduct from the deposit the cost of labor and any defective items required for repair.  We will refund any remaining funds that are not accrued in a repair not under warranty.
